The Creekside Knights Swim and Dive Team is continuing another fantastic season with a win over Oakleaf for both the men’s and women’s teams as well as a victory in the Ancient City Relays in St. Augustine last weekend.

The Knights enjoyed a fun meet, swimming non-traditional relays such as an all-backstroke relay, all-breaststroke relay, and 4 x 100 IM relay with several other local schools at the Solomon Calhoun YMCA.

The cheers from the spectators and students were loud but not nearly as loud as some of their outfits. The students dressed in tutus over their suits, costumes, masks and capes in their school spirit colors. During the final kickboard relay, the men’s and women’s teams donned their costumes as they raced across the pool without the use of their arms.

A fun meet began with the National Anthem where the teams co-mingled with each other in unity ended with high fives from all the teams, students from all over NE Florida, enjoying the sport that they love and sharing a Saturday with friends, new and old.
